Dennis Darville

Dennis is the Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and Fellow for the L. Russ Bush Center For Faith and Culture in Wake Forest, NC. He has a great passion for collegiate ministry and served as a campus minister for 12 years at the University of Georgia and the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. Dennis is married to LeeAnne and has two children. We are grateful to Dennis for his partnership in our mission to bring the good news of Jesus Christ to UNC.

Hubert Davis

Hubert Davis is the Assistant Coach for the men’s basketball program at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. Prior to joining the staff at UNC, Hubert spent seven years an analyst for ESPN’s College Game Day and 12 years as a shooting guard in the NBA. Hubert’s passion for college students and our university make him a vital part of what we do at ReachUNC. He is married to Leslie and has three children. We are honored to have Hubert as a member of our board and for his partnership in the Gospel.

J.D. Greear

J.D. Greear is the Lead Pastor for the Summit Church in Durham, NC. He has served in this capacity since 2003. Before this, J.D. served with International Missions Board as a missionary to muslims in Southeast Asia. While earning his P.h.D. from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary he served as the college pastor at Homestead Heights Baptist Church (now the Summit Church). Spend any time around J.D. and you’ll see his unmistakeable passion for college students. J.D. is married to Veronica and they have four children. We are thankful to have J.D. as a member of our  board.
